EICON - Livreto Institucional

EICON's institutional book starts from a concrete problem: how to condense, into a single editorial object, a technology holding with more than 20 products, subsidiaries and lines of business, without losing coherence, identity and clarity about who they are and where they are going?

The challenge wasn't graphic. It was strategic.

EICON has spent more than 30 years developing technology solutions for Brazilian public administration. But a portfolio that size, without a unified communication system, turns into noise. Each product with its own language, each company with its own tone, and the holding without a thread to tie it all together. I coordinated the project end to end: from the interface with the board to final delivery. On the editorial side, I worked alongside Dayan Chiodo on the institutional texts, and with Viviane Bastos on curating and revising each product's narrative. Art direction carried the signature of Fabiano Rocha, responsible for the graphic concept, layout and visual direction of the whole piece.

The design decisions speak for themselves. A six-column grid with intentional visual silences, creating breathing room and elegance on pages dense with information. Typography calibrated on the Fibonacci scale, with weights that create hierarchy without straining the read. A primary palette anchored in the institutional orange, with auxiliary palettes per platform, used sparingly so as not to create confusion in a piece with so many distinct universes living side by side. But the book was only the most visible layer of the work. Underneath, there was product coordination, crisis management, institutional relations, event launches, development of internal apps and software, and constant dialogue between marketing, the boards and the holding's associated groups. Work that demanded moving with the same fluency between the boardroom and the designer's desk.

The result is an artifact that condenses complexity without simplifying it. A book that, leafed through by a public manager, a corporate partner or an employee, tells the same story in the same tone: a company with history, method and a vision for the future.
