Visual Identity
OPTIMATECH

The identity, language and communication system developed for OPTIMATECH start from the challenge of translating, into form and narrative, the maturity of a company that goes far beyond industrial software: a deeptech that turns the most rigorous scientific knowledge of process engineering into real operational intelligence for Brazil's largest industries.

Founded in 2015 as a spin-off of UFRJ/COPPE — the largest graduate engineering institute in Latin America —, OPTIMATECH operates at the intersection of phenomenology, mathematical modeling and artificial intelligence to deliver Digital Twins, Virtual Sensors and optimization systems to companies like Petrobras, ArcelorMittal, Vale and Eneva. The central challenge was plain to see: cutting-edge technology being communicated with the same generic codes as the software and AI market — a field commoditizing fast with the arrival of generative AI.

The system starts from a fundamental strategic decision: reposition the company from the territory of "technology" to the territory of Process Excellence and High Operational Performance — where the industrial client, whether Operations Director or Process Engineer, already lives, thinks and makes decisions. Technology becomes the scientific proof of delivery, not the promise itself.

The result is a brand with intellectual density and commercial clarity: solid enough to negotiate with PhD engineers and directors of large corporations, current enough to hold editorial space on LinkedIn and at industrial innovation events. A company that stops presenting itself as a technology vendor and takes its real place: a partner in operational excellence that turns processes into performance, and performance into sustainable competitive advantage.

Language

development of a strategic vocabulary of its own — 14 anchor terms such as Value Capture, Operational Visibility and Domain Knowledge — that replace tech jargon with communication that resonates inside industrial plants. Each word chosen for its ability to create immediate recognition in those who run complex processes, not those who evaluate off-the-shelf technology;

System

a digital hub structured in layers — institutional identity, a knowledge base with 17 interactive sections, ICP persona system, editorial calendar, sales arguments and strategic CRM — all organized under one visual logic: technical typography, a palette of controlled contrast and a grid that references the rigor of first-principles engineering;

Positioning

a scalable communication architecture that supports the company's future product vision — from the Process Intelligence Platform to OPTIMATECH Academy and the hyper-premium partnership tier of Assisted Process Intelligence — creating coherence between what the company is today and what it sets out to be.
